Stop Digging! Ansel Elgort Says Shailene Woodley Doesn't 'Actually' Taste Like Dirt

Earth Mother Shailene Woodley has been known to preach the benefits of natural beauty products and a cell phone-free lifestyle. From her published quips about eating clay to giving her vagina its recommended dose of vitamin D, she's become the go-to celeb when outlets are in need of a quirky quotable. Because of her growing reputation, there have been exaggerated stories about Woodley (and her love scenes) that current costar Ansel Elgort made a point to shoot down during our recent interview. Sigh. Being quick to come to his lady's defense is always something we look for in a leading man.
