Ah, Game Of Thrones. How we love to tune into every week to see the fantasy series’ tangled web of complex characters, intertwined plot lines, exotic locales, lusty romances and horrifying acts of unspeakably brutal violence. Seriously, some of the violence is truly horrific and nightmare-inducing, the kind of cruelty and bloodshed that you’ll never get out of your head. And speaking of heads, a lot of people have lost theirs on the show –both good guys and bad guys alike. But hey, it’s one of the things that keeps fans on the edge of their seat every week. There have been beheadings, disfigurements and in the case of Oberyn Martell a….well, we don’t want to be spoilers here, trust us, something really, really terrible happens to his head. There’s only one episode left this season, so we thought we’d put together a collection of the 10 worst head injuries we’ve seen so far on Game Of Thrones. These injuries are so terrible we got a headache just watching with our own two eyes (did we tell you what happens to Oberyn’s eyes? OK, just watch the show and see for yourself).
