Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Break 72 Day Marriage Record

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have defied the odds and stayed legally married for more than 72 days. That may not seem like a lot to most people, but it beats the length of her previous union, and thus officially closes the book on Kris Humphries’ relevancy to pop culture (unless The Mindy Project wants him for another episode).

After marrying in Florence on May 24, the couple has been all over the map, briefly honeymooning in Ireland before attending another wedding in Prague. They celebrated North’s first birthday and Kendall Jenner’s modeling gigs, while making sure we all saw Yeezy on the cover of GQ. Kanye’s been on the road — hitting up Bonnaroo and the Wireless Festival — and Kim has been sitting cashing in serious checks, thanks to the success of her Kim Kardashian: Hollywood game. Despite rumors that they are living “separate lives” due to their busy schedules, the couple attended friend Riccardo Tisci’s birthday party in Ibiza over the weekend (along with the Jenner ladies, Justin Bieber, Jessica Chastain, and new mom Ciara) and made sure to preserve an intimate bedtime moment on the ’gram (see above).

In honor of day 73, let’s raise a glass to Kim and Kanye’s most adorable moments. We’ve been on the verge of a nervous breakdown with all these Jay Z and Beyonce divorce rumors, so we really, really need Yeezy and Kim K to make it work. We aren’t ready to resign ourselves to a solitary life of cat videos and night cheese just yet.
