Confused as to why a bunch of dudes are grabbing their balls and tweeting about it? It's the latest viral movement for charity, similar to this summer's ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. Only this time there's a little more eye candy for those of us at home.

#FeelingNuts is out to raise awareness for testicular cancer by encouraging men to check their testicles for any abnormalities on a regular basis. The hashtag is the brain child of U.K.-based organization Check One Two, which started promoting the campaign via YouTube in June.

While the photos have been popping up since August (hat tip to Tyson Beckford for being an early participant), the trend is currently picking up steam, with big names like Hugh Jackman, Ricky Gervais, and Will Arnett calling each other out this week. So don't be alarmed if you see people grabbing their junk in public this weekend, and let's all do everything in our power to get Idris Elba, Zac Efron, and Ryan Gosling nominated as soon as possible. Oh, and those Nick Jonas photos? Unrelated but just as enjoyable.

Because it's Friday, enjoy a slow-motion look at Jackman's efforts to raise awareness. You're welcome.
