Christian Bale has been getting criticized for his portrayal of Moses in the upcoming Exodus: Gods and Kings, with many calling the film's casting white washing an Egyptian character. His transformation into Moses is getting lots of attention, but Bale has made many more shocking transformations throughout his career.
From getting into gorgeous shape for American Psycho, to losing 60 pounds for The Machinist, to gaining it all back and more to bulk up for each of the Batman films, the former child star (Newsies) is never afraid to go through an over-the-top physical transformation for a part.
