Man Breaks His Penis During Sex, Still Not As Painful As Childbirth

Want to scare your kids away from having sex? Just tell them this story of an unnamed 42-year-old Boston man whose penis snapped while having sex.

The anonymous (for reasons which are probably obvious) man's penis had accidentally collided with his partner’s perineum, the area in front of the anus, causing his shaft to snap and go soft. Immediately, a rush of blood started leaking from the tip, and he was taken to the hospital.

According to the Daily Mail:

Doctors found he had torn his tunica albuginea, the watertight and fibrous outer sheath of one of the penis' inner chambers, the corpus cavernosa. The corpus cavernosa runs along the length of the penis and is filled with spongy tissue, into which blood flows to create an erection. The tunica albuginea helps to trap the blood in the corpus cavernosa, maintaining an erection.

Was he just thrusting too hard? Did he just get lost in the moment? Who knows. Luckily, his penis recovered after months of surgery, without the permanent curve or the bend doctors warned him could happen. His sex life is on the up and up, as well, so to speak, as he's happy to report that he's not suffering from any erectile dysfunction. No word on whether his partner is traumatized for life, though.

You always hear stories about cockblocking, but this is literally the worst scenario ever. Whatever, it's still not as painful as shoving an entire human out of your vagina. Suck it up.

Maybe next time this dude can take some sex tips from Cosmopolitan to prevent such injuries. Or maybe not.
