Kim Kardashian Spotted at Fertility Clinic, Still Trying for Baby No. 2

After watching the season 10 premiere of Keeping Up With the Kardashians on Sunday, we know Kim Kardashian is having lots and lots and lots of sex. Like, "500 times a day." It's clear the reality TV star is determined to get pregnant again, but after realizing the episode was shot in November 2014, you may be wondering what the couple's status is today.

The Gossip Table reports that Mrs. West was spotted at an LA fertility clinic a few days ago, straight after landing from Paris for fashion week.

Since she doesn't appear to be pregnant now, we obviously won't see her with a baby bump on the show this season. We wish Kim the best in giving North a little brother or sister, because whether you'd like to admit it or not, she's freaking adorable.
