Highland Park Has Your Cocktail for the Weekend

Treat yourself this weekend with Highland Park. The Mead of Poetry cocktail will allow you to taste the honey sweetness, subtle smokiness, and heathery finish of the whiskey.

Here's what you need and how to make it.

1.5 oz. Highland Park 12

.5 oz. Asbach Uralt

.5 oz. Dolin Blanc Vermouth

1/4 oz. Honey Syrup

3 Dashes Allspice Dram

Stir and strain over a large rock in a rocks glass, two slices of orange.
