Sex Expert Dr. Ruth Supports Your Healthy Love of 'Fifty Shades of Grey'

If you were questioning your obsession with the Fifty Shades of Grey franchise, iconic sex therapist Dr. Ruth Westheimer has your back. "I say read it," she explained on Big Morning Buzz Live Tuesday.

The 86-year-old TV personality continues her legacy with the new book The Doctor Is In, and is all about another little book you may have heard of. "[Fifty Shades] is not great literature... However, it makes the point," she told Nick Lachey. "They used to think women don't get aroused by sexually explicit material. Not so... I have said that all these years."

Maybe her words of wisdom will get Jamie Dornan's wife to watch the film? If not, at least read the books (if she hasn't already)? "If there is some passage that you don't like, turn the page," Dr. Ruth advised. Sounds reasonable to us.
