It’s been three weeks since the Empire season one finale — but who’s counting? It’s also Thursday, so Empire’s social media team posted a throwback to Lucious and Cookie’s Philly days that is just enough to hold us over during the hiatus (for today).
The caption (“Oh how times change”) and Lucious’ lack of an ascot proves this was likely taken at happier time than where we left off at the end of the first season. Does everyone still hate him? Will Cookie change her mind and run off with Malcolm? We need season two like yesterday.
