Brooke Hogan Celebrates Her (Surprise!) Engagement In Las Vegas
Congratulations are in order to one member of the VH1 family from way back: Brooke Hogan is engaged! The Hogan Knows Best and Brooke Knows Best star recently revealed a series of photos on Instagram in which her boyfriend, Dallas Cowboys star Phil Costa, proposed to her in Las Vegas. In the photo above, she writes on Instagram "Happiest moment of my LIFE. I am marrying my best friend. I woulnt choose anyone else. I am so lucky and so grateful." The proposal seems to have come as quite a surprise to Hogan, she explains in the photo caption below.
Brooke wrote "I look scary but this is the face of total SHOCK" on this pic.
