Miley Cyrus Sang Khia's "My Neck, My Back" While Wearing Butterfly Pasties Last Night

Miley Cyrus was the special performer at Adult Swim's upfront party in NYC last night, and once again, dear old Miley managed to outdo herself.

For starters, she debuted a new song, "Tiger Dreams," during her hour-long performance. It's worth noting that she did this while wearing butterfly pasties to cover her nipples. And suspenders. With white leggings.

She also may have been smoking a blunt during the show, as both Variety and Billboard report. But what really got people's panties in a bunch was when she broke into a spur-of-the-moment remix of Khia's "My Neck, My Back."

How does Miley do it? And by "it," I mean "continue to shock the world by doing things we'd only expect her to do." It's the Miley mystique, I suppose.

Kick it back to last week when she dyed her armpit hair (and possibly also her pubic hair) pink.
