Everything That Happened at the Opening Night of Beyonce's Formation World Tour

As told by social media.

Lemonade empress and athleisure vanguard Beyonce kicked off her Formation World Tour last night in Miami. Unless you were one of the diehards who depleted her savings and charged three different credit cards for a ticket, you were up all night stalking social media for a glimpse of your queen on the stage. May Beysus bless your soul.

To ease the FOMO pain, we put together a list of all of the things that happened last night during opening night. FYI, the Formation World Tour merchandise is looking hot, so save your coins, kiddies, and prepare to see everyone walking around in Boycott Beyonce tees this summer. Ashes to ashes, dust to your bank account.

Bey and Blue shared this precious mother-daughter moment.

The queen and the heir to the throne.

She rode around in a golf cart with Jay Z.

Mentally preparing to ruthlessly slay the world over the course of a couple of hours.

But enough play. It was time to get things started.

She opened the show by standing on the stage in that wide-brimmed witch hat.

And of course, she performed "Formation."

She played around in water during "Freedom."

She performed "Sorry," a.k.a. the "Becky with the good hair" song.

She dedicated "Halo" to Jay Z because screw the rumors.

Jay is reportedly "fully supportive" of the album, anyways.

She did this with her legs during "Hold Up."

Thank God.

And her butt did this during "Bootylicious."

Some sort of treadmill-catwalk contraption appeared at one point.

This is how every member of the BeyHive should be able to work out.

She danced.

Like, a lot.

She danced so much, she had to bring two random fans up to dance for her.

Things like stage fright and shyness don't exist when the Queen tells you to do the "Single Ladies" dance in a stadium filled with people.

She gave a stunning tribute to Prince.

May the Purple One's legacy live on forever.

She thanked the Beyhive for its undying loyalty.

She may have driven you slightly into debt over the past few months, but Beysus is grateful for the support—and is always watching.

In other Bey news, we tried a few items from her Ivy Park collection and loved them! Get the details in the video below.
