NEW YORK, NY, November 30, 2016 – On the heels of a break-out year, Bebe Rexha, JoJo, and Serayah will join vocal forces for a group performance during the VH1 DIVAS HOLIDAY: UNSILENT NIGHT concert event. The powerhouse trio will perform their rendition of the legendary Darlene Love’s “All Alone on Christmas.” These stunning additions round out an undeniably dynamic lineup: previously announced performers include Mariah Carey, Patti LaBelle, Teyana Taylor, Chaka Khan, and Vanessa Williams.
The standalone successes of these wildly talented ladies speak for themselves: Bebe Rexha has written and co-produced for artists such as Selena Gomez, Eminem, Pitbull, David Guetta, G-Eazy and Iggy Azalea, and her debut single “I Can’t Stop Drinking About You” peaked at number 22 on Billboard’s Top Heatseekers chart in 2014. Her debut studio album, All Your Fault, is due to be released in February 2017. JoJo has remained a steadfast force in the industry over the years, releasing her critically acclaimed third-studio album “Mad Love.,” in October, which skyrocketed to #1 on the iTunes Pop Chart and debuted at #2 on the Billboard Digital Album Chart and #6 on the Billboard Top 200 Chart upon its release. She remains the youngest solo artist to have a number one single in the United States with the 2004 hit “Leave (Get Out)” and continues to expand her professional accolades to include platinum-selling singles, millions of albums sold, world tours and high profile TV and film appearances. Entertainment Weekly hails JoJo as “one of her generation’s finest vocalists. Period.” Serayah has captivated television audiences with her performance as Tiana Brown on the hit series Empire, in addition to starring as Dilemma in Taylor Swift’s fiery “Bad Blood” music video. Since its inception in 1998, VH1 DIVAS has assembled the most dynamic and prolific female performers the industry has to offer, celebrating their raw talent and invaluable contributions to pop culture. After a four-year hiatus, the DIVAS have returned, just in time for the holidays, for a night that promises to be both festive and fabulous in equal measure.
