Channing Tatum Gives Oscar-Worthy Performance in Child-Written 'Magic Mike' Scenes
We all know Channing Tatum is America's favorite human. Not man. Not actor. Just general human. And we think this for several reasons: He's hot, hysterical, and has kick-ass dance moves. However, we never thought "master of children's theater" would be a reason why the Chan Man has stolen our hearts forever. But, alas, he's surprised us.
While stopping by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last night, Jimmy challenged Channing to act out scenes from Magic Mike with him. But before we could entertain the thought of Jimmy and Channing dancing shirtless together for more than five seconds, J dropped the bomb. The scenes were actually written by elementary school children who had just heard the title of the movie...but not the actual plot. Like a boss/full-blown bae, Channing accepted the challenge.
And we're better people because of it. In the first scene, Magic Mike/Channing uses his magic bike pump to fix Josh/Jimmy's flat tire. In the next scene, Magic Mike is the king of aliens. And in the third — well — there's singing involved. SO DAMN BLESSED.
