Disney has been busy turning all of their animated classics into live action versions and this has a lot of Disney diehards upset. When they announced The Lion King was getting a live remix in 2019, pessimism was popping, because no one thinks you should ever mess with perfection. It’s the greatest Disney film of all time! Don’t debate me on this. Anyway, when they announced the star-studded cast in February, people began to come around a bit on the idea. Donald Glover signed on to play Simba, James Earl Jones is reprising his role as Mufasa, and Seth Rogan is going to be Pumbaa. With fans warming up to the idea, everything changed yesterday when Disney finally confirmed that the rumors were true. Beyoncé. As. Nala.
