Shaunie Bribes Her Son with $1K to Go Back to School Shopping in this 'Shaunie's Home Court' Sneak Peek

A mother's work is never done.

With five kids, going to back to school is guaranteed to be a production for Shaunie O'Neal. Fortunately her kids are getting older and it's finally time for them to take on their own responsibilities, even if she has to give them a little push in the right direction.

Kids constantly have growth spurts, especially if they have a parent who's 7'1"! Since Shaqir is entering high school, it's time for Shaunie to give him a back-to-school budget to use at his discretion to shop. To ensure that he's looking extra fresh for the 9th grade, Shaquir enlists the help of his model brother (he's legit a model) Myles. It's a pretty bold move to hand over $1,000 to a rising 9th grader, but let's just hope he comes back home with more than one designer belt and a few plain white t-shirts.

With one kid handled, comes another one with a problem. Now Shaunie has to give some words of encouragement to Shareef, who refuses to get a driver's license because he hates the DMV. The DMV is annoying to us all but Shareef's biggest issue is that the people waiting always want to ask him how tall he is, and if he plays basketball, and if dad is really that Shaq. With a gentle reminder that his dad promised him the car of his choice and a slight guilt trip from his mom, Shareef realizes that these questions aren't that bad after all.

Don't miss Shaunie's Home Court when it premieres on May 21st at 10/9c.
