Van Says Ryan "Left Him to Pick Up the Pieces" When He Confronts Him in This 'Black Ink Crew: Chicago' Highlight

Van knows that he needs to talk to Ryan about destroying the shop and ghosting them, but he's afraid of what will happen if the two meet face-to-face. The two have had their fair share of problems in the past, and Van is worried he'll lose his temper and do something stupid. What's more stupid than Ryan blacking out the 9Mag sign and trashing all of Van's things? I don't know, but I don't want to find out.

Van can understand why Ryan is upset, but what he doesn't understand is how he could leave his family hanging like this. Ryan shoots back, telling him that no one at 9Mag is his family because none of them had his back after the situation with Kat from last season. Van calls Ryan out, though, saying that there's nothing he can do if Ryan won't even speak to him. He yells, "I can't hold you down if you don't want to be held down!"
