Thanks to her social media savvy and insane bod, she's quickly becoming a favorite subject of the paparazzi. Their willingness to trail the 24-year-old on a vacay to Barbados with her boyfriend, professional golfer Dustin Johnson, paid off in spades when Gretzky was presented with the opportunity to pose alongside a simian.
