How Is Bruce Jenner Moving Forward After Coming Out as Transgender?

Bruce Jenner is already feeling the positive effects after publicly coming out as transgender. "What I’m doing is going to do some good, and we’re going to change the world," he told Diane Sawyer in his Friday night interview. Now that more than 17 million people have watched him come out as his true self, Bruce remains true to his word.

The Gossip Table reports that Bruce plans to open a school for transgender youth in attempt to save lives, a vision he first described to Sawyer. In Friday's 20/20 special, we learned the disturbing statistic that about 40 percent of transgender people attempt suicide, compared to about 1.9% of suicide attempts within the general population.
