Which Amy Schumer Moment Totally Blew Your Panties off This Year?

Do the queen of sounding off right.

Amy Schumer made 2015 her bitch. She scored her very first Emmy, made her SNL hosting debut, wrote and starred in a little movie called Trainwreck-all while schooling us on what modern romance really looks like when you wake up to it hungover in the morning. She dominated pop culture, taking issues like feminism and body image and putting a comedic, real-as-hell spin on them, and also seriously took a stance on tightening gun laws after a gunman invaded a screening of her movie over the summer. In other words, she did all the right things to get us talking, with a bottle of wine in hand at all times.

This is why we're raising our glasses to Amy at VH1 Big In 15 With Entertainment Weekly, to roast and toast the powerhouse for all she's accomplished this year. In preparation for the big event, Monday, December 7, 2015 at 9pm ET/PT on VH1, we're here to remind you of all the Amy epic-ness that happened this year. Not that you needed reminding. Check them out and sound off on your favorite moment in the poll and comments below, trainwrecks. It's time.

Which she was hosting, by the way.

June: Saying she refuses to look like a "malnourished bird"

We will never stop praising Amy for bringing light to body image issues and realistic body expectations. "It's very therapeutic for me to be like, 'Yes, I'm not going to look like a malnourished bird,'" she said at a Trainwreck press conference. "I like speaking to that, as well as speaking to my work and what I'm doing."

July: Trainwreck. Period.

The hilarious depiction of modern dating from a woman's perspective, which she wrote and starred in. It made over $30 million opening weekend.

July: Stepping up and speaking out on gun laws

After a man opened fire and killed three people during a Trainwreck screening in Lafayette, Louisiana, Amy took a serious stance on violence and gun rights. She stood alongside her cousin, Sen. Chuck Schumer, as he announced new legislation enforcing gun laws. “The critics scoff and say, ‘There is no way to stop crazy people from doing crazy things,'” she said. “They’re wrong.” She also became an advocate for increased mental health funding.

October: HBO special Amy Schumer Live at the Apollo premieres

Not only did she score her own HBO special, she completely nailed it. I think I peed a little when I watched from laughing so hard.

September: First Emmy win

September: Opening act for Madonna's Rebel Heart tour

Amy opened for Madge during three of the her NYC tour dates. This is Madonna we're talking about, people.

October: Calling out the Kardashians during SNL debut

In her opening monologue, Amy expressed how unfortunate it is that young girls look up to a family “who takes the faces they were born with as a light suggestion.” She also said Khloe was the most relatable one until she “lost half her body weight.” All is fair in SNL and war.
