Johnnyswim performs in the west coast VH1 office!

|

Creative Music Integration’s favorite JOHNNYSWIM came by the Santa Monica VH1 office to perform 5 songs last Wednesday.  The group’s two members, Amanda Sudano and Abner Ramirez, kicked it off with “Home,” and segued into a Johnny Cash cover. Next they jumped into their new single, “Heart Beats,” as heard on VH1′s Mob Wives, Black Ink Crew, and soon to be heard on Hollywood Exes. Serenading us next with “Bonsoir,” Amanda said the song was inspired by their fave French film. Abner teased a cover of Jay-Z’s “I Just Wanna Love U” with a soulful twist before leading into “Adelina.” They closed out their set with “Paris In June,” a song reflecting Abner’s proposal in France, which was nearly ruined by a dog who happened to, um, do his biz-nasty right next to Abner as he was about to get on one knee!
