Britney Spears and Iggy Azalea Were IRL Aliens at the Billboard Music Awards

Like, they were zapped onto the stage.

Britney Spears and Iggy Azalea performed their new summer anthem "Pretty Girls" for the first time at tonight's Billboard Music Awards, and it was out of this world. Literally.

The performance — which took place at the Planet Hollywood Axis Theater, because BritBrit wasn't about to leave her residency stage — was a neon-infused, high-energy dance party, complete with jump ropes and awkward two-stepping from Iggy Iggs.

After an alien zap summoned the two ladies to the stage out of thin air, Spears strutted her stuff like a GD pro and appeared to be having a ton of fun. Plus, her dancing was ridiculously on point. Could 2001ney be back?

Oh, and Iggy's brief featured rap was cute, too. The singers had undeniable on-stage chemistry, and the live set made "Pretty Girls" — which polarized fans — a whole lot better.
