Duff McKagan's Daughter Just Dropped a Six-Track Rock EP—Listen Here

Grace McKagan, daughter of guitar god and former Guns N' Roses' member Duff McKagan, is just 17, but she's already leading a fierce pack of her own. Grace is the frontwoman of Pink Slips, a band whose sound she dubs "new wave / synth-pop / punk," and they just dropped their first EP.

Grace recently spoke to Glide about Pink Slips and their new, six-track project, Say L'or Venus. She mentioned that the band, based out of Seattle, originally had 20 songs for the EP, but eventually shaved that number down by 14. Grace also noted that she used to get made fun of by her peers for her music. Now that Pink Slips have released their EP, she said that "the making fun of me has subsided."

Grace lists David Bowie, Iggy Pop, and Miley Cyrus as some of her influences. Father Duff is listed as the general manager of the band on their Facebook page. "Foxy Feline" is the first single off of Pink Slips' EP. Listen to it here.
