Booby Gibson has a goal and although his hoop dreams deflated, he's excited to share his writing ability with fans.

Basketball is certainly physically trying and Booby explains he's been through it all as far as injuries in this Love & Hip Hop Hollywood web exclusive. Tearing a tendon turned him into a free agent, which prevented Booby from working out. That led to a domino effect of dismay. From then, Booby hurt his back, then knee, and his passion for ball began to fade. Ball players don't stay young forever so Booby knew a career transition was the next step. He's been the serious type to go along with the discipline of basketball but now that he's no longer playing, he's ready to let his other sides show. If he didn't get an athletic scholarship, Booby tells us he certainly would've had an academic one. Don't sleep. He has written movie scripts, children's books, and songs to name a few. His love for the pen runs deep.
