Momma Dee's Talk With Her Lawyer Makes It Clear How Dangerously Unhappy She Is In Her Marriage

Momma Dee meets with her lawyer to talk about a divorce, postnup and will in this Love & Hip Hop Atlanta bonus clip. In her half law consultation, half therapy session, Momma Dee vents to her lawyer about Ernest failing to help her out financially (as she often does). She comes in wanting to draft a postnup, but her lawyer breaks it to her that a postnup would require Ernest's approval, and would most likely result in a lot of compromise.

Well, Momma Dee doesn't play that. She refuses to let Ernest get any of her money, so her lawyer recommends drafting up a will, which allows her complete control over who gets what if she passes. Momma Dee says that she wants to completely cut Ernest out of the will, which leads her lawyer to wonder if Momma Dee would rather have a will or a divorce.
