Miguel Thinks He Makes Better Music Than Frank Ocean, Twitter Disagrees

Miguel makes better music than Frank Ocean — this according to Miguel, who recently spoke to The Sunday Times.

A reporter asked Miguel about his relationship with Frank, to which the "Coffee" singer responded with the following: "I wouldn't say we were friends. To be completely honest — and no disrespect to anyone — I genuinely believe that I make better music, all the way around."

Miguel dropped his third album, WILDHEART, last week, and it's a satisfying listen. Miguel has said that he's in love with the album and while he's no doubt riding the high of releasing a body of work he's proud of — and rightfully so, his above comments about Frank feel unwarranted. They've also set off a shade storm on Twitter.

Ironically, Frank Ocean is trending, and not Miguel.

Miguel's comments have also reminded everyone of how long we've been waiting for new music from Frank.

And how good Frank's music really is.

But at the end of the day, we all know both of these two make beautiful music. It's just funny that Miguel has now steered the attention away from his album, which is already out, to Frank's, which has yet to drop.
