What the Hell Happened During Ciara's National Anthem at the College Football Championship?

Ciara is a talented lady. The That's My Boy (2012) thespian has dance moves like no other, a vocal Grammy to her name and knows a thing or two about body parties. So, can someone please explain what exactly happened during her National Anthem performance at the College Football Championship Monday night?

She looked bomb--she always looks bomb--and she kind of, sort of hit a few notes here and there. But let's call a spade a spade: This wasn't what fans hoped for. In fact, it was so under par, there is a 76 percent chance it wasn't Ciara at all--but a less-talented, identical clone made by Russell Wilson.

Here is the performance, if you didn't care enough about ~sports~ to watch last night:

Notice how you can't even hear those high notes. That's because she didn't sing them. (Or if she did, CiCi thought, "Eh! These THOTs know the words anyway. They can figure it out.")

Twitter wasn't pleased, to say the least.

So, you tell us, what happened with Ciara last night? Because she is typically a flawless 1-2-step queen, we have three options:

  • She was sick.

  • She intentionally f--cked it up to make some type of angsty statement--probably about goodies or Future.

  • It was a clone who couldn't find the key.
