Nick Gordon Has Been Found "Legally Responsible" for Bobbi Kristina Brown's Death

Nick Gordon's failure to appear in court has landed him in some serious trouble. An Atlanta judge reportedly ruled that Gordon is 'civilly liable' for the death of former girlfriend, Bobbi Kristina Brown, due to him failing to appear in court on two occasions.
Brown's estate attorney R. David Ware explained to media, "In court today, we finally finished a long journey for justice for Bobbi Kristina Brown," during a press conference held shortly after the judge's ruling. He continued, "The court agrees with us, by striking Mr. Gordon's answer that he is legally responsible for her death. The only thing left to prove is the value of her life. We intend to do that."
Bobbi Kristina Brown's estate filed a $50 million wrong death lawsuit against Gordon shortly after the 22-year-old aspiring singer and actress died in July 2015. Gordon allegedly gave Bobbi Kristina a "toxic cocktail" of hard drugs to knock her out and then placed her in a tub of cold water where she sustained fatal brain trauma. Brown subsequently died from her injuries six months later.
Although Gordon has been deemed legally responsible for Brown's death, criminal charges against him have yet to be filed as the investigation is still considered ongoing.
