Most music artists aren't afraid to strip down and show us what they're working with, but none of them seem too keen on going "the Full Monty" for their music videos. So how does a mega star show off their naked bod without showing all the goods? Well, it looks like celebrities have come up with a myriad of creative ways to cover up their naughty bits while being nearly nude that range from creative camera angles, to strategically places bubbles to an entire wrecking ball.
Perhaps the simplest way out of stripping down on screen without showing the world everything is to, well, cover your bits up. Rihanna kept her tub scene in "Stay" demure by covering up her body with her knees, while Nicole Scherzinger teased us in "Baby Love," by covering her topless body by showing us her very beautiful, but far less scandalous, bare back.
Britney Spears, Beyoncé and D'Angelo all went fully au naturale in music videos. How did they slip their sick bods past censors? It's all about the angles, baby. Britney just gave us the profile view of her physique in "Womanizer," Beyoncé got inventive with some silhouette shadows in "Partition" and D'Angelo's director cut the camera frame off right before we saw any private parts.
Whether they're using bubbles, clouds or wrecking balls as personal barriers, the stars on our list have stripped down and bared it all--except the naughty bits they maybe didn't want us to see.
