Donald Trump's Response to the Baltimore Riots Proves He's an Actual Human Monster
Baltimore protests against the death of Freddie Gray, who died April 19 while in police custody, turned violent this week. As with Ferguson before it, many celebrities have taken to Twitter and Instagram to share their thoughts and support on what's going on. Notably, The Wire creator David Simon posted to his blog:
"If you can't seek redress and demand reform without a brick in your hand, you risk losing this moment for all of us in Baltimore. Turn around. Go home. Please."
His post has been met with backlash, as have many posts and takes on what's going on.
Some celebs just tweeted their support.
Some knew a picture is worth a thousand words.
Some pointed out the hypocrisy of decrying the riots but not the impetus.
Some acknowledged the complicated nature of protests like this that come in response to violence against the black community.

Some were grossed out by the media's handling of the whole thing.
While others defended the media.
And some were Donald Trump, an actual human monster.
Freddie Gray's mother, Gloria Darden, asked for an end to the violence. "Don't do it like this," she told the media. "Don't tear up the whole city just for him. That's wrong."
