Papa's Pilar Has Your Cocktail for the Weekend

Live on the wild side like Ernest Hemingway this weekend with Papa's Pilar. The dark rum finished in Spanish sherry casks is inspired by the famed author and his passion for adventure.

Here's what you need and how to whip up the delicious Papa's Old Fashioned.

2 oz Papa's Pilar Dark Rum

1/2 tsp Demerara

3 dashes of bitters

Splash of soda water

Build in glass, muddle ingredients

Add rum, spritz with orange

Garnish with orange peel
