It's Jared Leto! The actor had promised fans he'd get a massive tattoo if he ever got a million followers on Twitter and he finally reached the goal. Keeping his word, Leto put out the photograph you see above on Instagram yesterday, writing, "I promised to show off my new tattoo when I hit one million followers on Twitter. Thank you all! xo." That's quite an innovative way of getting more followers, no?
