Beyoncé Has a New Business Venture and It Involves Watermelons

From lemonade to watermelon juice.

It's becoming very clear that the average BeyHive member will be drinking two things this summer: lemonade and watermelon juice.

The morning after slaying us with her latex Givenchy dress at the 2016 Met Gala, Beyoncé has some news that will likely cure your Instagram-stalking hangover: She has invested in WTRMLN WTR, a three-year old company that sells cold-pressed watermelon juice. Throw on your Ivy Park, head to your nearest Whole Foods and pray to Beysus while you and your Beyloveds commune over WTRMLN WTR all summer '16.

“I invested in WTRMLN WTR because it’s the future of clean, natural hydration; as partners, we share a simple mission to deliver accessible wellness to the world," Beyoncé said of the brand in a press release. “This is more than an investment in a brand, it’s an investment in female leaders, fitness, American farmers, and the health of people and our planet.”

WTRMLN WTR promotes clean, healthy beverages, as well as unique farming opportunities. The company uses all parts of the watermelon (core to rind) in the creation of its watermelon juice, which makes it both health-loving and environmentally conscious. You can find WTRMLN WTR at Whole Foods, Kroger, Costco, Safeway, Wegmans and SproutsHead, and learn more about the company via its website.
