Uma Thurman turned heads on the The Slap red carpet last night in New York City in the style of Renee Zellweger. Seeing these drastic changes is startling at first, but before you criticize her, remember that it's her face and she can do what she wants to it.

We're not sure whether the actress had plastic surgery, if she's just wearing minimal makeup, or a combination of both. To give you some perspective, here's a shot of her on January 28.

Something is clearly different, but first, ask yourself:
