'Hit The Floor': Olivia Vincent Keeps Her Squad In Line

While supreme athleticism and aesthetically pleasing dance routines are the building blocks of Hit The Floor, Charlotte Ross is most interested in the strong female characters. As Olivia Vincent, director of the prestigious Los Angeles Devil Girls, she works to maintain her authority over certain conniving team members and otherwise handsy sports stars, without barely breaking a sweat. "I think that James [LaRosa] is a wonderful writer for many reasons, but one of his strengths is writing female characters," Ross tells VH1.
