What good is going to glitzy red carpet events if you don't have a date to share it with? Most actors and actresses bring their spouses or significant others on their arm to help celebrate TVs biggest night, but that wasn't mandatory! Some stars went with slightly less predictable choices for their dates.

 30 Rock star Alec Baldwin brought his beautiful young daughter Ireland, while the multi-talented Julianne Hough showed up with her brother Derek on her arm. We imagine she must have skipped past her ex, E! red carpet head honcho Ryan Seacrest...oof. But many other honorees went with their main squeezes (to use the legal term). Professional handsome -man/TV star Jon Hamm arrived with long term partner Jennifer Westfeldt, and his Mad Men-mate Christina Hendricks came on the arm of her husband, Geoffrey Arend. And of course we caught newly minted couple Kaley Cuoco and tennis pro Ryan Sweeting making their official red carpet debut, although they did appear in public together on Friday at an Emmys pre-party.
