Consequence Blasts Joe Budden On Angie Martinez Questioning Joe's Sexuality
The Consequence vs. Joe Budden fight is the unsolicited gift that keeps on giving. Joe Budden called Angie Martinez with his side, Tahiry told her side on the Breakfast Club and now Consequence wanted to clear the air with Angie Martinez.
The beef between Cons and Joe seems like it will get worse before it gets better. Cons was pretty chatty when he called Hot 97's Angie Martinez to tell his side of the story. "I'm from Queens, New York and we only deal with the facts." He wants folks to know he didn't run. "I don't run from nobody," he said. "Why would I smack somebody and then run, but stay there to get jumped?" He also holds no grudges with Tahiry despite her sucker punching him. "I like Tahiry. Shoutout to Tahiry." That's big of him.
Where things take a turn is when Cons reveals he has Joe's phone. And from an alleged text message to Joe's phone Cons insinuates Joe may be messing around with a man.
He left his phone at the crime scene. First text, it’s from Raqi Thunda. ‘You alright?’ Oh wow, I thought you guys was enemies. Hmm, a little fishy here.
Then there’s somebody named Derrick. And Derrick is basically saying, ‘Don’t do anything stupid, we’re hanging on by thin thread. I’ll come see you after the reunion. I love you and I miss you.’ And I guess he must have told Derrick, ‘Hey, why don’t you come to London Wednesday?’ And then there’s emoticons of an engagement ring and a baby… and here’s the thing, I was so disgusted I broke the phone. I still got proof, don’t get it twisted.”
