Halloween is upon us! You’ve probably RSVP’d for a whole slew of Halloween parties and odds are, you’ve walked past a few of those pop up costume shops and figuring you’ll pick something up. But the big day is HERE and you know those novelty costumes were already picked up. Dressing up isn’t just for kids, and now that you’re an adult, that means you’ve got to up your costume game. If you have no idea where to start, let these videos crazy EDM be your guide.

Sigma ft Paloma Faith - "Changing"
Sometimes a girl needs to get her Rainbow Brite on. UK singer/songwriter Paloma Faith lends her brassy vocals on fellow UK drum and bass producers Sigma’s track “Changing”. Taking her color cues from the brilliant graffiti murals in Little Havana, you can definitely stand out at the Halloween part with this original outfit. The song isn’t half bad either.
LMFAO – "Sorry For Party Rocking"
They may have called it quits (for now) but the guys of LMFAO and the Party Rock Crew left an incredible costume legacy with this video. Sky Blue and Red Foo go all out as the married couple at the start of the clip unapologetically party rocking in an insane house party. There are so many costume ideas here you can’t go wrong with any of the choices. (We call dibs on the breakdancing zebra)
Swedish House Mafia – "Greyhound"
Two of Hollywood’s biggest dystopias are throwing a party (The Hunger Games and Mad Max) and invited you via Tron’s group text. From the brilliant neon lights on the race dogs, to the intricate masks to the make up, there is literally no way you can’t rock any one of these insane looks and not stand out. Please be careful when playing this song extra loud while applying mascara- we would like for you to keep your eyes.
David Guetta - "Ain't A Party"
Maybe you’re not into the bright colors. Maybe you’re into classic costumes, easy DYI looks and zombies. This clip by DSG for mega DJ David Guetta’s “Ain’t No Party” is a great monster mash up movie with zombies, cowboys, trippy visuals and a guitar-plucking hobo oh and that sick Guetta beat.
Avicci – "Addicted To You"
Remember how The Great Gatsby party you went to last year felt a little forced? This clip will make you rethink your approach. The outfits in this clip totally scream I HAVE THAT OUTFIT. Go ahead, raid your closet, find your cozy sweater, favorite boots and a baret. You’re set for a night on the town in your gun moll best.
Grum - "Through The Night"
The Roaring '20s aren’t good for everyone, but you know what is good? '80s buddy cop shows! Grum’s 2010 clip for “Through The Night” is full of every '80s cop outfit you’ve always wanted, from Members Only jackets, Aviator shades, big headphones and the finest mustaches since Magnum PI. There are no wrong looks in this video.
The Prodigy - "Firestarter"
The '90s are starting to make a fashion comeback. Flannel and Coogi sweaters are surfacing on kids who fondly remember the 90s but none of them are brave enough to pull of this look.
