After a doctor's visit, Kim gets on the phone with Kanye West, explaining that her "placenta grew onto her uterus," which is why if she has another baby, it may be her last. "The placenta will go right to that hole," she explains. Kim admits she was miserable during her first pregnancy, but things have changed.
