Chelsea Handler at War with Instagram Over Topless Photo

We would never expect Chelsea Handler to hold back. And flaunting her bare boobs on social media is no exception. Handler poked fun at the iconic photo of Russian President Vladimir Putin horseback riding shirtless with a side-by-side photo of her own recreation, including the caption: "Taking this down is sexist. I have every right to prove I have a better body than Putin." Lo and behold, Instagram took it down, and a war ensued.

Handler re-posted the image and wrote: "If a man posts a photo of his nipples, it's ok, but not a woman? Are we in 1825?" Instagram then responded: "We removed your post because it doesn't follow our Community Guidelines. Please read our Community Guidelines to learn what kinds of posts are allowed and how you can help keep Instagram safe." Handler posted the photo yet again, because third time's a charm, right? "If Instagram takes this down again, you're saying Vladimir Putin has more 1st amendment rights than me. Talk to your bosses." Annnnd again, it was removed. Is anyone getting déjà vu of the Rihanna incident?

This isn't the first time Handler have posted a topless photo on the social media site and we have an inkling in won't be her last. Do you agree that she should be free to post these pictures without grief from the site?
