Charmaine Is On a Mission to Get Lily Fired From 9MAG in This 'Black Ink Crew Chicago' Sneak Peek

Let's face it: Charmaine and Lily have never been the best of friends, but this time it's not personal, it's business. Okay, so maybe it's a little personal. In this Black Ink Crew Chicago sneak peek, Charmaine is ready to see Lily go for good.

Lily has been dropping n-bombs left and right and Charmaine is fully over it. She let it slide for a while, but after a video leaked online that showed Lily arguing with Jen, repeatedly using the n-word, she's ready to have her fired. I mean, it wouldn't be the first time...

Charmaine explains that the n-word is not a word for Lily to use and that, "The way she uses the n-word is extremely racist and she doesn't even get it. She is so ignorant, she doesn't even get it!"

Danielle is not surprised by this information when Charmaine fills her in.

"From a business standpoint, 9MAG is the biggest premiere black tattoo shop in Chicago," Charmaine explains. "So how can we have someone like Lily running around using the word 'n----r' so loosely?" And so, Charmaine's crusade to get Lily booted from 9MAG has begun.
