Watch These Adorable Kids Sing Filthy Songs On YouTube
Kids: they're an impressionable bunch. They may say (and do) the darndest things, but we've got proof that they sing the darndest things, too. You can't blame them for repeating what they hear on the radio, and as you'll find out, you definitely can't stop them from singing songs they shouldn't. So what happens when cute kids sing wildly inappropriate songs? Pure hilarity. Read on and see what we mean.
Before we jump right into it, peep this super short video of two young ones going up to I LOVE MAKONNEN's "Tuesday."
"BANJI" by Jordyn Jones
Jordyn Jones wears many hats— and we're not talking about the ones in this video. The singer, dancer, actress, and model has worked with Will Smith, Britney Spears, and Christina Aguilera, and even starred in a commercial with Heidi Klum. Here she is being BANJI -- and rocking a Homiés tee -- in her own version of Sharaya J's song, produced by Missy Elliott. Dare we say that Jordyn's video is actually better than the original?
"Whistle" by Matty B
Matty B is an 11-year-old from Atlanta who, so far, has been rapping and singing his way through middle school. Over the last three years, Matty has amassed over 3,000,000 followers on YouTube, and though he claims to be just a "normal 5th grader," he has already performed on a variety of TV shows, including Today, The Wendy Williams Show, and Dr. Phil. Check out Matty B's PG-rated cover of Flo Rida's not-so-subtle "Whistle" in the video above.
"Turn My Swag On" by Sophia Grace & Rosie
Better known for singing Nicki Minaj's "Super Bass," Sophia Grace Brownlee and Rosie McClelland were invited back on The Ellen DeGeneres Show to perform Keri Hilson's cover of "Turn My Swag On" by Soulja Boy. Sophia Grace was 8 years old when she performed in the video above, and Rosie was only five.
"Bang Bang" by Sapphire
With her sister by her side, 11-year-old Sapphire covers the 2014 hit "Bang Bang" by Jessie J. She may not be able to compete with Jessie's runs, nor can Sapphire reach that high note at the end of the rap verse, but then again, life has barely begun for her. In the meantime, the young British singer boasts a few accomplishments, including grand finalist on last year's Open Mic UK.
"We Can't Stop" by Kyle Bernido
In her blind audition on The Voice Phillippines, contestant Kyle Bernido turned three chairs around with her rendition of Miley Cyrus' party anthem, "We Can't Stop."
"Habits (Stay High)" by Wencie
We're not sure exactly how old Wencie is, but she does seem a little too young to be singing drug-centric lyrics like YOK alum Tove Lo's "Stay High." Nevertheless, her slowed down, piano version of the song is endearing -- or something.
"Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)" by Angela
Cute, but questionable. Mary Ciaramello's daughter, Angela, was six years old when she sang Katy Perry's "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)" for her mother two years ago. Here's hoping she's learned the acronym "T.G.I.F." by now.
"Anaconda" by Adriana Williams
Either Adriana doesn't know the words to the song, or she does and is skipping over them because she knows they're too inappropriate for her. At least we can be thankful she's not mimicking Nicki Minaj's "Anaconda" lap dance...
"Talk Dirty To Me" by Brayden H
Oh, Brayden. We're not sure who you are -- let alone how old you are -- but we just want to make sure that next time, you know just how dirty Jason Derulo's lyrics are before you sing them.
"Hot N-gga" by A Little Shmurda
In what is perhaps the most, errrr, unique of all of these videos, a very little Shmurda goes in on Bobby Shmurda's hit "Hot N-gga."
