'American Ninja Warrior' Star Kacy Catanzaro Is Our Yas Girl of the Week!

If you haven't seen Kacy Catanzaro absolutely crush it on American Ninja Warrior than you are seriously missing out! This week Kacy's incredible performance has taken the world by storm. Why, you might ask?

Because this five foot, 100-pound athlete is the first woman to ever scale the "salmon ladder," defeat the "pole grasper," and "spider climb" to beat the Dallas Finals round and qualify for the shows finale, Mt. Midoriyama in Las Vegas. On top of that, she makes it look so easy!

Kacy is a former Division 1 gymnast and clearly is as strong and agile as they come. The commentators might have thought her height would be a disadvantage but she smashed every obstacle in her way with grace and sheer force. You go Kacy! We are in awe of your incredible performance!
