Rachel Roy Supposedly Left the CFDAs Because of Beyoncé

Here's a great rumor: Fashion designer Rachel Roy left the CFDA Awards when she heard that Beyoncé was arriving. Let's put "Sorry" on the queue and revisit all of the Becky with the good hair theories, shall we?

Page Six reports that as chatter of Bey's surprise arrival started circulating the CFDA room Monday night, Roy made her exit. Why Roy left is unclear. One "source" told Page Six it was because she had to catch a flight. Another called the incident "weird." Weird, indeed.

From Page Six:

"Roy dashed before Beyoncé arrived onstage. 'She disappeared with her place card and never came back,' said a source. It was 'weird. I don’t know if it was because she’s ‘Becky,’ or what?' Another stunned source at the event said, 'Rachel just came and left.'

But a friend of Roy's explained she exited the awards only because she had to catch an early flight the next day to be with her kids in LA."

Early flight? A likely story. But in all seriousness, no one seems to know why Roy left the CFDAs. She hasn't posted anything about it on social media, and since Beyoncé hasn't sung about it, it remains *a mystery*.
