Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles hits theaters  this weekend, and we couldn't be more excited to see one of our favorite franchises get the larger-than-life reboot it deserves. Seeing Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Donatello reunite has us thinking about their celebrity doppelgangers. In other words, stars that look like turtles. Duh.

No really — bare with us, guys. There are plenty of celebrities who resemble our favorite shelled reptiles. From particularly angled faces to short-and-stubby cuteness, or round, round heads, turtle-celebs are everywhere. You've just got to look close enough (and think a little bit outside the box). For instance, during all those Gossip Girl episodes, did you catch that hottie Ed Westwick looks like a tortoise? Take a minute to appreciate his (beautiful) bone structure and you'll soon be singing a different tune. What about Joaquin Phoenix? His nose just screams, "Help me! My shell flipped over and I can't move!" And Danny DeVito? Pfft! Total turtle.
