Not a Drill: An Amber Rose Talk Show Is Coming to VH1 This Summer
Amber Rose is joining the VH1 family!
The social media powerhouse and style icon will host a new talk show for VH1, slated to air this summer. This is not a drill. We repeat: This is not a drill.
The untitled show is produced by Dr. Phil's Stage 29 Productions and will be topical in nature, featuring candid interviews with Rose's celebrity friends on everything from pop culture to motherhood and race. In other words, get ready for lots of meme-able moments!
“Amber has inspired millions of young women by overcoming homelessness to become a wildly successful entrepreneur," VH1 General Manager Chris McCarthy said. "A true multi-hyphenate, she is a devoted mother, a strong advocate for women's rights and a celebrated author all of which make her an ideal host. Amber is a perfect addition to the VH1 family because our audience is interested in hearing unique perspectives from those who are unapologetically themselves and not afraid to take a stand on issues they are passionate about."
We're pumped for this, and so is Lady Rose. “I am very excited to be joining forces with such an amazing network to deliver a fresh perspective on the primetime talk show," Rose said. "Join us as we break all the rules and redefine late-night. Watch out Fallon, here comes MUVA!”
