Cardi Better 'Be Careful' If She Doesn't Want a Bench Warrant Out for Her Arrest

Cardi B is in hot water after not attending her arraignment on charges of assault and reckless endangerment.

You'll recall back in October the rapper turned herself in to the police after an August strip club brawl allegedly over her husband Offset.

Cardi was a no-show to her arraignment on Monday morning (12/3), opting to send her attorney, Jeff Kerns, in her place. Kerns insisted that there were extenuating circumstances that kept the new mom from the arraignment.

Don't they know she doesn't have time to get to court? She's out here making money moves!

The judge gave her the benefit of the doubt...for now.

But if Cardi doesn't show up to her December 7th hearing, the court will pursue a bench warrant for her arrest.
