Joc could've saved himself when Khadiyah had him tied up to the bed and was beating him with the belt three seasons ago, but his toe-sucking self forgot the doggone safe word.

In this highlight from Love & Hip Hop Atlanta: Dirty Little Secrets 2, we dig a little deeper into Joc's sex life and his foot fetishes. Back in season 3, viewers saw as Joc licked chocolate from all up in his baby mama Sina's toes and the wrath he faced from his then-girlfriend Khadiyah afterwards. Scrappy asks what we were all wondering which is, "how Joc didn't know if she had an ingrown toenail or some toe jam?" Joc doesn't care though, he doesn't regret sucking on his baby mama's toes. What he does regret is forgetting the safe word producers gave him. In shooting the infamous BDSM scene with Khadiyah, producers showed her the toe-sucking footage when she left the room and had no idea she would react the way she did when she re-entered.
