This week on Couples Therapy, we get to know Real World stars Dustin and Heather and learn more about Dustin's past as a porn actor.

Even though Joe and Flav found some of Dustin's past work online last week, Dustin opens up to Dr. Jenn about the nature of his work and explained "It wasn't sex, it was kind of...oral, kind of soft-core stuff."
